Supreme DOC prioritizes user data protection. This Data Protection Notice ("Notice") integrates with our User Agreement and controls all information handling, processing, and distribution activities conducted by Supreme PDF ("Organization," "we," "us") regarding application users ("individuals," "you").
This Notice addresses compliance requirements under European GDPR legislation and California's CCPA regulations where relevant.
Capitalized terminology not defined herein adopts definitions from the User Agreement.

Information Requirements
No statutory obligation exists for Personal Information disclosure (defined below). However, specific application features necessitate such information as detailed herein. Declining to provide required information may limit service availability.
Eligibility Criteria
Our Application targets individuals aged 16+ or meeting jurisdictional consent age requirements. Younger users cannot access services or provide Personal Information.

Information Collection Framework
We gather and process information during Application usage:
- Personal Information: Data identifying individuals directly or indirectly, including IP addresses, names, email addresses, etc.
- Technical Information: Aggregated, non-identifying data unable to trace to individuals.
Combined Personal and Technical Information receives Personal Information classification. We may store certain information in aggregated, anonymized formats where individual association becomes impossible.
GDPR Legal Basis
Personal Information processing occurs under these GDPR-compliant legal foundations:
- Application usage triggers processing based on legitimate business interests
- Contact interactions require processing to fulfill contractual obligations
- Specific processing relies on individual consent where applicable
We function as Data Controller for collected Personal Information.
Collection Activities
- IP and/or MAC address collection during Application usage
- Technical data gathering from devices including device type, operating system, browser specifications, language settings, etc.
This information enables service provision and supports security, fraud prevention, and business operations.
For users engaging additional features and services (per User Agreement terms), we may collect browser search requests. Search requests are shared with search providers to deliver search results. This collection and processing supports search service provision and contractual fulfillment.
Communication Data
Contact interactions may require providing contact information such as names and email addresses. Information supports inquiry responses and assistance provision. Communication records are retained for reference, support, and service enhancement.

Business Disclosures: Recent twelve months included disclosing: (A) Identification Data and (F) Digital Activity for business purposes.
Information sharing occurred with data aggregators, service providers, and business partners under contractual restrictions limiting usage to agreed purposes.
Information Sharing vs. Selling: We do not "sell" information for direct monetary exchange. Under CCPA, "sharing" includes cross-contextual behavioral advertising. We may share data with marketing and analytics tools. Last twelve months included sharing Identification Data for targeted advertising purposes.

Information Sharing Practices
We do not sell or trade Personal Information. Limited sharing occurs for legal compliance, defense, corporate transactions, trusted partners, or fraud/security issues.
Individual Rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. California residents also have anti-discrimination rights.

Minor Protection
We do not allow children under 16 to use the Application. Discovered minor data is deleted immediately.

We protect data with security measures. Retention occurs only as long as needed for services, obligations, or until deletion requests. Where applicable, we anonymize data so it is no longer considered Personal Information.
International Data Processing
Data may be processed in the EEA, US, or other international regions with safeguards.
